Development of a mathematical formulation for handover management in heterogeneous network

The proposed radio network was described as an unbroken–time Markov chain and generates effective mathematical expression for state probabilities. However, the model not stretched to combine both Poisson batched spectrum types. From title of work, in similarity study focus, a set equations were also formed developed model. On contrary, covers 2g, 3g 4g respectively at implementation phase. As stochastic process, Pareto Positive Stable Distribution (PPSD) based on type 2 fuzzy logic principle used control handover optimisation decision-making process. About this Thesis, Self-Organized Network (SON) adopted towards increased Quality Service (QoS) Het-Net. Also, result dynamic nature signal, logic, self-adaptive (optimizing) make intelligent decision predefined membership function. A Markov-based framework by Guidolin, Pappalardo, Zanella & Zorzi (2015) process mobile subscriber, while optimum context-dependent criterion generated. validated simulations, comparing performance author’s strategy with conservative optimization techniques several scenarios. Lastly, impact policy subscriber’s depicted how it can enhance users’ capability using context information.
